Veronika Zalica Owner & CEO
After graduating German studies at the University of Belgrade, Veronika started her career as a language teacher, translator, and a court interpreter. Her language proficiency, passion for communication and networking has led her through the different positions in various industries (Telecoms, Tourism, Steel Trade, Furniture Trade, and IT). She managed several different companies before taking over the leadership in Quadro Consulting 2021. Veronika is also responsible for partner relationship management and communication.
Nikola Filipović COO
Having delved into IT during high school, Nikola commenced as a freelance web designer. Progressing swiftly, he joined StackPath at 21, evolving from a Technical Support Rep. to a Shift Lead. In 2018, Nikola assumed the role of Project Manager at Quadro, overseeing diverse e-commerce projects. In parallel, he pursued and completed his bachelor’s degree in management. By 2022, Nikola’s role expanded, and he assumed the position of Head of Operations within the company.
Prof Dr. Dragoslav Danilovic VP of Technology
A great lecturer and expert, Dr. Danilovic held a various managerial and consultancy positions, taught at several universities, published many research publications and created a vast amount of diverse software solutions covering a wide area of industries and fields. The Ph.D. dissertation, which was defended in 1985, reflects his scholarly achievements. At Quadro Consulting, Dr. Danilović oversees all software development, serving as the overall architect and directly supervising back-end solutions.
Djordje Kuzmanovic VP of Design
An accomplished professional, proficient in graphic and industrial design, as well as project management. Specialized expertise lies in marketing portals encompassing print materials, email campaigns, advertisements, and various other products. Proficient in crafting and shaping diverse items, including flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and catalogs.
Milan Skoro Strategic Advisor
After graduating, Milan began his professional career as a software developer. The big step forward was assuming the position within Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1990. Taking over the responsibility for Serbia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain and Switzerland, he grew his knowledge and the skills of international collaboration. His professional career unfolded and after several senior and regional leading positions, Milan became IT director for Hyatt EAME. He brought to Quadro Consulting rich IT experience enabling the planning and executing of large-scale customer-tailored international technology project, following local legal requirements and company’s own compliance rules.

Nebojsa Zalica Founder
Nebojsa began his professional career in Yugoslavia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs before his post as the Economic Attaché of the Yugoslav Embassy in Bonn in 1990. After 6 years he left diplomacy for a sales and marketing career and was regional Managing Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the furniture and steel trading industries. In 2001, Nebojsa started Quadro Consulting, initially an IT recruitment company expanding its range of services to dealerships, business synergies and consulting services. Our founder unfortunately passed away in September 21.
