A dedicated cybersecurity practice
Quadro Consulting was founded in 2014 in Bonn, Germany. We have been successfully delivering IT solutions to long-term clients across industries including Dating, Gaming, Payments & Finance, Printing & Marketing, Education and many more.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our services with a dedicated cybersecurity practice. Our focus is on Security Operations Center (SOC) services: continuous threat monitoring and alerting, incident response and remediation, vulnerability scanning and security hardening, and compliance support, including GDPR and recognized industry standards.
Roles we are looking for
Depending on your area of expertise, you may:
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents.
- Design, implement, integrate, and optimize security monitoring and automation platforms.
- Secure cloud, identity, endpoint, network, application, and infrastructure environments.
- Develop detection use cases, response workflows, reports, dashboards, and security documentation.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and support the remediation of vulnerabilities and security risks, including security hardening.
- Analyze threat intelligence, indicators of compromise, attack techniques, and emerging risks.
- Support security architecture, Zero Trust, governance, compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA), and audit-readiness initiatives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
- Provide clear technical guidance, reporting, and communication in line with project requirements and SLAs.
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, security operations, cloud security, incident response, vulnerability management, security architecture, threat intelligence, or GRC.
- Knowledge of relevant security tools, platforms, frameworks, and operational processes within your area of expertise.
- Understanding of common cyber threats, security risks, and appropriate controls.
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, or GRC technologies is an advantage, depending on the role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and international clients.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
